Job Advert - Programme Officer (Maternity Cover)
The Bell Foundation is a Cambridge based educational charity, working to overcome exclusion through language education. The Bell Foundation is delivering the “Language for Change” programme with partner organisations who work with prisoners and ex-offenders with language and literacy needs.
We are now looking for a Programme Officer (1-year maternity cover) to help deliver the ambitious aims of our "Language for Change” programme. You will implement the current programme working closely with our partner organisations and help shape the development of a follow on programme. The role involves leading the coordination and delivery of the programme, and communicating its impact to key stakeholders.
You will need to have experience of developing, delivering and managing programmes, shaping policy and working with external partners. Ideally you will have experience in the charity sector and knowledge of the criminal justice sector. Excellent organisational, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are essential.
