Jo Layton joined the Bell Foundation in October 2022 as Executive Assistant to the Director and Chief Finance Officer. Prior to this she worked as an EA/PA in a number of sectors including the University of Cambridge, the pharmaceutical industry, IT Services and Local Authority.
