Research is an integral part of the Foundation’s work in criminal justice, it guides the direction of the Foundation’s work and resources and it builds the evidence base for policy and practice recommendations and system change.
In March 2022 the Foundation launched Language Barriers in the Criminal Justice System, a wide-reaching series looking at the impacts of language barriers in all parts of the criminal justice system (CJS) and providing tools for change.
