The Bell Foundation is a Cambridge based educational charity working to overcome exclusion through language education and is delivering its vision through two strategic programmes, the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Programme and the Criminal Justice Programme. The Foundation has an exciting opportunity to work within a growing, dynamic team to assist and support the running of both programmes.
We are looking for an organised, flexible and self-motivated individual to provide integrated administrative support and project coordination across the programmes. A logical and systematic thinker, your role will involve developing and co-ordinating effective digital processes and systems, supporting the administration of grants and Learning Management Systems and providing practical support for events and training courses. With excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly manner, you will act as a point of contact for enquiries about the Foundation and its work.
You will have experience working as a programme assistant / project manager in a comparable role providing support across a team and be able to demonstrate strong organisational and administrative and ICT skills. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to interact effectively at all levels, be flexible, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative and as a central part of the team.
The Bell Foundation is committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. A DBS check will be requested in the event of a successful application.
