Keri Bird

Keri joined The Bell Foundation as Head of Programmes in January 2025. Keri has nearly 10 years’ experience working in the charity sector, in programme management and development roles, after starting her career in local government community development and education services. She worked for the National Deaf Children’s Society for over 7 years and played a significant role in the development of their Family Sign Language offer for families with deaf children, to support with communication and language development. More recently Keri has worked on managing the operations of a large-scale programme supporting over 13,000 Ukrainian Refugees to learn English and gain employment in the UK.
