Reshard has a background in mental health, education, criminal justice and the charity sector. He was a magistrate for over three decades and a Non Executive Director on several law enforcement boards including the National Crime Agency and the Metropolitan Police Authority. He is currently a member of the board of the Fundraising Regulator and runs a business in the mental health care sector.
