It includes a dictogloss text which provides a good model of biographical writing, intended for use with the whole class. There are also three collaborative activities for small group work, focusing on the titles of Dickens’ novels, and a little information about some of his most famous characters. Learners work in groups and research information about Dickens’ works online. The resource is also intended as a jigsaw activity, allowing learners to share the information they have discovered with a new group.
