This webinar will present The Bell Foundation’s vision for up-to-date quality ESOL education based on a review it conducted recently.
In this webinar, Dr Philida Schellekens will present the findings of a recent ESOL Qualifications and Curriculum Review conducted by The Bell Foundation with input from adult education providers, further education colleges, local authorities, mayoral combined authorities, awarding bodies and policymakers.

Dr Philida Schellekens works as a consultant for The Bell Foundation and is the author of the Foundation’s ESOL Qualifications and Curriculum Review. She is a leading UK and international consultant in the teaching and learning of English as a first, second and foreign language, with expertise in the inspection and management of 16+ FE educational, vocational and TVET provision. Philida has worked as senior adviser on educational reform at ministerial level in several countries.
