Part 1 of 2 of a pack of resources providing support for writing a newspaper article in KS2. Part 2 has numerous activities that highlight the remaining structure for how to write a newspaper article.
Part 2 contains opportunities for pupils to explore the remaining structure of a newspaper article by deconstructing sample articles through gap-fill activities and DARTs. Language features are highlighted to support pupils in writing their own article. A dictogloss is included.
