EAL Coordinators: Leading EAL in Your School (Regional Training)
This course is for practitioners who are tasked with leading the EAL provision in their school, in a role such as EAL Coordinator or EAL Lead. It is a highly practical course with participants expected to consider EAL provision in their own school.

- EAL Coordinators/ EAL Leads (both new and more experienced).

- To explore roles and responsibilities in leading EAL.
- Understand EAL provision in your school, including key procedures:
- An EAL policy;
- Admissions and inclusions;
- Assessment, target-setting and tracking. - To explore the integration of EAL across the school, including:
- Collaborating with colleagues;
- Families and the wider community;
- An culture of inclusion and equity;
- Teaching and learning.
