EAL Coordinators: Leading EAL in Your School (Online Regional Training)
This course is for practitioners who are tasked with leading the EAL provision in their school, in a role such as ‘EAL coordinator’ or ‘EAL lead’.

EAL Coordinators/ EAL Leads (both new and more experienced)

- To explore roles and responsibilities in leading EAL.
- To understand EAL provision in your school, including key procedures (an EAL policy; admissions and inclusions; assessment, target-setting and tracking).
- To explore the integration of EAL across the school, including collaborating with colleagues, families and the wider community; a culture of inclusion and equity; teaching and learning.
